The Council does not have a Strategy specific Icelandic Banks. The Council's (overall) Investment Strategy is approved by Council annually. The most recent Investment Strategy was approved by Council on 3 March 2008. Members present at that meeting were Councillors Bierley, Brockway, Brown, Caine, Cotton, Curtis, Davidson, Duguid, Fenwick, Fleetwood, Frith, A J R Heath, P J Heath, Hiscox, Kinch, Kitchen, Lawrence, Leaning, Milne, O'Connor, Parish, Parry, Pritchard, Rainsforth, Rawlins, Rollings, Shore, Smith, Snee, Strakey, Strange, Summers, Theobald, Tinker, Underwood-Frost and Young

“Under Section 41 of the Freedom of Information Act, I do not intend to provide the names of team members that undertake investments, however, I can confirm that there has been no change in the personnel involved and that any investments made are actioned by an Accountant having been authorised by either a Principal Accountant or the Financial Services Manager. I have also attached a structure detailing job titles which may be of help”
