FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT 2000 - INFORMATION REQUEST 4787

I am sorry for the delay in my response. Your requests for information have now been considered. However unfortunately we do not hold the information that you have requested

1. As explained in previous correspondence, this information has been deleted in accordance with our retention schedules and is therefore no longer held in accordance with section 1 (4) of the Freedom of Information Act.

2. As above there is no documentation available and we have no record of having received these documents and therefore it is not held.

4. As stated above the original application and supporting documentation is no longer held by the City Council. However, the assistant Director (Revenues and Benefits) recalls that the application included a list of evidence in support of the `beneficial to the community' criteria. As previously stated the list included a number of drug related projects.

In accordance with the Freedom of Information Act 2000 this letter acts as a Refusal Notice.
