FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT REQUEST 
 
Please find detailed below NHS Wirral’s response to your request for information made 
under the Freedom Of Information Act 2000 regarding details of the publicity material for the 
consultation for the Health Centre, on Warrens. 
 
You asked for the name of the distribution company, which is/was responsible for the 
distribution of the current publicity material for a Health Centre on Warrens during the 
consultation period including the amount to be paid for this material and distribution. 
 
The company responsible for the distribution of publicity material regarding West Wirral 
Group Practice was Link Direct, Priory Mews, Monks Ferry, Birkenhead CH41 5AZ and the 
cost of distribution was £487.50. 
 
In addition, following concerns that multi-occupancy residences may not have received the 
consultation document, we also undertook a mail out on 23 January 2009 to 84 addresses 
which cost £38.64.
