I am writing in respect of your recent application for the release of information held by this 
authority. 
 
The response is detailed below:-

The  Council  does  not  maintain  or  have  access  to  Allotment Waiting  lists  –  the 
sites  are  administered  by  the  relevant  town/parish  councils  or  formed

How many plots are on these sites?  Unknown.

How many people are on these waiting lists?  Unknown. 
4. 
Are these waiting lists closed to further applications?  Unknown. 
5. 
A study has been carried out which identified 34 sites within the district.    
 
If you disagree with our decision or are otherwise unhappy with how we have dealt with 
your request in the first instance you may use the Council’s Complaints Procedure by 
writing to the Council for a review of the decision.   
 
If you are not content with the outcome your complaint once the Council’s complaints 
procedure has been followed, you may then apply to the Information Commissioner for a 
decision.  Generally, the ICO cannot make a decision unless you have exhausted the 
complaints procedure provided by the Council.  The Information Commissioner can be
