FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT REQUEST REFERENCE NO: 074-2009
I write in connection with your request for information which was logged on the 2 March
2009 requesting information about the following:
1. How many allotment sites are there in the Council area for which the council has
access to waiting list data?
2. In total, how many plots are on these sites ?
3. In total, how many people are on these waiting lists for an allotment?
4. Are any of these waiting lists closed to further applications?
5. How many sites are there in total in the Council area?
In response to your request Mid Bedfordshire District Council do not hold the information
you requested about allotment waiting lists because its not part of our services. It is the
responsibility of the Town/Parish Council where you live. I would suggest that you contact
your local Town/Parish Council for information about allotment waiting lists.
Please treat this as the Councilās formal response under the Freedom of Information Act.
