Concessionary Travel Passes

I refer to your request of 30 January, 2009 relating to the concessionary travel scheme. I attach a link to the Council's scheme which is available on the Council's Website: http://www.eden.gov.uk/transport-and-streets/bus-pass/

The information in the link contains the full details of the scheme which is operated by the Council. The Council does act within the provisions of the Transport Act, 2000 and the Travel Concessions (Eligibility) Act, 2002.
