(AMENDMENT NO.2) ORDER 1991

Notice is hereby given that Cambridge City Council ("the Council") in pursuance of arrangements made under Section 101 of the Local Government Act 1972 with Cambridgeshire County Council in exercise of the powers of the said County Council under Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 32, 35, 45, 46, 49, 64 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 ("the Act of 1984") and of all other enabling powers and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 to the Act of 1984 hereby make the following Order:

1. This Order shall come into operation for all purposes on the 15th day of July 1991 and may be cited as The City of Cambridge Area Z (Consolidation) Order 1991 (Amendment No.2) Order 1991

2. In this Order the expression "the Order of 1991" shall mean The City of Cambridge Area Z (Consolidation) Order 1991 and any reference to the Order of 1991 shall be construed as a reference to that Order as varied or amended.

3. The Order of 1991 shall be amended and have effect as though in Article 6(1)(a) thereof the following charges were substitued for the charges specified therein:

(i) eighty new pence for an initial period of not more than one hour; or

(ii) sixty new pence for an initial period of not more than the sum of forty five minutes and the unexpired time (if any) so, however, that such period shall not exceed one hour

(iii) forty new pence for an initial period of not more than the sum of thirty minutes and the unexpired time (if any) so, however, that such period shall not exceed one hour

(iv) twenty new pence for an initial period of not more than the sum of fifteen minutes and the unexpired time (if any) so, however, that such period shall not exceed one hour

4. The Order of 1991 shall be amended and have effect as though in Article 8(1) thereof there were substituted for the excess charge specified therein the excess charge of œ14.00
