Thank you for your information request dated 30th January 2009, which has being dealt with under the Freedom Of Information Act 2000 (FOI). It has been given the unique access to information code NBC798-1084. Please quote this reference on any correspondence relating to this request.

The Council can only release information to you, which it holds. Unfortunately in this instance the council does not hold the information you require and so is unable to provide it to you.

The Council is however obliged to assist you with your enquiry under section16 of the Act and has identified Northamptonshire County Council, County Hall, Northampton, NN1 1AN as the holder of the information you requested. I am therefore transferring your request, together with a copy of this response, to them. They are required to respond to you within 20 days of receiving the transferred request.

If you consider the Council has not responded to your request to your complete satisfaction or that the Council;

you have the right to challenge that decision in respect of your information request within 6 months.
