Permanent residents of Welwyn Hatfield who are over 60 years of age or who are over 5 years of age and have a qualifying disability can apply for a free pass that entitles them to free travel on local bus services anywhere in England.
This application form needs to be completed and taken to one of the council buildings listed below together with-
Proof of age (Birth Certificate, Driving Licence, Passport) or proof of disability if under 60 ( Disability Living Allowance, Incapacity Benefit)
Proof of address (Utility Bill, Council Tax Bill, Driving Licence, Bank Statement)
One recent colour passport sized photo of applicant (there are photo booths in Asda and Tescos, Hatfield and Morrisons, Howard Centre and main Post Office in WGC)

Campus West Reception, The Campus, WGC (Mon/Sat 9.00am-8pm Sun 11am-7pm)
Cuffley Parish Council, Maynards Place, Cuffley (Tues/Fri 9.30am-12.30pm Sat 10am- 11.30am)
