Thank you for your request for information that was received on 29 January 2009 in 
which you requested:  
“Please provide information on when the Consultancy Solace 
Enterprises has been used since 1997 by Southwark Council for: 
 
1. Recommending Senior Management for posts within Southwark 
Council. 
 
2. Salary scales for Senior Management within Southwark Council. 
 
3. Detail the salary level for the management position before Solace Enterprises 
became involved and the salary level after their recommendations were made and 
taken up for 1 and 2 above. 
 
4. Detail which positions have been filled as a result of 
recommendations by Solace Enterprises. 
 
5. Detail the positions where salary changes took place on the 
recommendation by Solace Enterprises but the personnel did not 
change.” 
I am writing to advise you that we do not use Solace Enterprises for the purposes stated 
in the questions above.  We are, therefore, unable to respond.
