Please could you pass this on the the person/s dealing with Freedom
of Information Act requests?
As my name (Gary Bourne) was kindly mentioned in Full Council on
the 14th December 2011 by Mr Nigel Acott concerning my legal right
to question Prestatyn and Meliden Paid Accounts. When asked by
Welsh Conservative Prestatyn Town Councillor Graham Percival. To
the question as to whom was the Prestatyn voter to take up their
legal right to ask questions of the external auditor (I paraphrase
the original question) Could I request a .pdf copy of the letter or
pre-itemised bill as supplied by Hacker and Young the external
auditors. Please.
As I understand Welsh Conservative Prestatyn Town Councillor Graham
Percival was most 'perturb' at the mentioned £700 costs.
