To locate the information relevant to your request, searches were conducted within the Human Resources Department of the Norfolk Constabulary.

The Human Resources Department of the Norfolk Constabulary has confirmed that the Constabulary does not hold any recorded information relating to a Force policy on the management and review of Police injury award pensions prior to the year 2004.
