I understand that the Freedom of Information Department at the West Midlands Police are in the process of responding to you.

The minutes of any meetings that took place at the National Attendance Management Forum are the responsibility of the West Midlands Police. As I previously explained the `survey' was part of round the table discussions at the National Attendance Management Meeting at the West Midlands Police although this may have been discussed at different meetings.
