Thank you for your e-mail of 29 January regarding the survey referred to in Home Office Circular 46/2004, Annex A.

The survey was part of round the table discussions at the National Attendance Management Meeting at the West Midlands Police.   The minutes and results from these meetings are not published.

If you are dissatisfied with this response you may request an independent internal review of our handling of your request by submitting your complaint within two months to the below address quoting reference 393.
