I write in connection with your request, which was received by Lincolnshire Police on 29 January 2009 in which you seek access to the following information.
1. Kindly supply all reports by officers pertaining to the extensive ASB 'evidence' gathering operations in the Village of Tealby, Lincolnshire 2004-2009.
2. Operational log of unmarked vehicle S718HCP used in these operations.
3. Record of 'intelligence' gathered alleging that a resident was banned from a public restaurant. Officers' notes on visit made during that 'investigation'
I confirm that Lincolnshire Police does not hold information relating to 1 and 2 above.
This information may be held by West Lindsey District Council and you may wish to make your request direct to that public authority. You should write to;

Your request for information has now been considered and I am not obliged to supply the information you have requested. Such information is exempt under section 40 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000. This exemption applies because the right given under the Act to request official information held by public authorities does not apply to personal data - any such requests become subject access requests under the Data Protection Act 1998.
