Freedom of Information Act 2000 - Information Request 467

Your request for information has now been considered and in accordance with the Freedom of Information Act 2000, the response is as follows:-

1. What financial arrangement is in place between the Council and the ACIS Group, Gainsborough, Lincs, concerning allocation of housing?

Response: The Council outsourced its home options service at the time of stock transfer in 1999. The Council have remained responsible for the Strategic Housing Function. The relationship has been managed through a service level agreement that has been reviewed regularly. As part of that review, the service is being transferred back into the Council in 2009/10.

2. Dates and minutes of meetings held by the Council ASB Unit and ACIS for the years 2002 - 2009?

Response: This letter acts as a Refusal Notice to this part of your request.

The exemption applied is Section 41 of the Freedom of Information Act because all minutes of meetings held by the Council's ASB Unit and ACIS contain personal information which cannot be disclosed to a third party.

In addition the Joint Agency Meetings held between the Council and ACIS are information exchange meetings. The meetings are conducted in line with Section 115 of the Crime and Disorder Act 1998 and as a consequence the District Council has no power to disclose the minutes of these meetings.
