The definitions for the Cigarette Island Park contributions, Public Art and Riverfront Square seem to cover most things. With regard to the Riverfront Square if we wanted to build in some repairs to say the lighting columns on the Hampton Court Bridge would this be covered by the reference to the embankment or would the definition ned to include "and bridge strucure" as well?

Just looking at scoping the landscape bits and suggest putting the following under Schedule 6

To be agreed with the LPA and include the following works within Cigarette Island Park
The design, implementation, maintenance and management of landscape, amenity and biodiversity improvements
These might include
- Tree and shrub planting
- Removal of trees and shrubs
- Developing a riverside habitat with the agreement of the EA along the River Ember/Mole tributary
- Developing different mowing and maintenance regimes
- Provision of an all weather circular path
- Provision of seats, litter bins, directional and interpretation signage
- Improvements to the POS entrance including an alternative vehicle barrier

Leisure and Cultural Division wil probably have elements to add and the costings
Is this where the riverside Buffer zone requested by the EA would also go?
