“ I request the following specific full & complete Complaints Policy & Procedure information from West Lindsey District Council, The Information required to be applicable and up to date relating to the following & specific West Lindsey District Council Departments/Units”.

     1) Neighbourhoods Services Department.

     2) Antisocial Behaviour Unit /Department.

     3) Customer Services Department.

     4) Child Protection Service Department.

     5) Environmental Department.

     I would wish to be notified before any information request is

     transferred.

The response is

West Lindsey District Council Complaints Policy and Procedure can be found on our website. www.west-lindsey.gov.uk.

This Policy and Procedure covers those services provided by West Lindsey District Council so items 1, 2, 3, and 5 in your list.

Item 4, Child Protection Service Department is provided by Lincolnshire County Council and below I have provided details of how you can obtain this policy, alternative, as stated in the letter below, I can forward your FOI request to the County Council, with your agreement, for them to deal with.

Having now considered your request for information, I write to advise you that West Lindsey District Council does not hold the information in relation to Child Protection Service Department but it may be held by Lincolnshire County Council.
