Thank you for your email of 21 January 2009 where you have requested information about the time frame for cases to be processed in the Case Resolution Directorate. This falls to be dealt with under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 we are required to respond to requests within twenty working days of receipt. Unfortunately we will be unable to respond to your request in this time.
