Re: Freedom of Information Act 2000

Further to my acknowledgement email dated 21st January 2009, having contacted the Information Department for the information, I can provide the following response.

For ease I will detail the original questions in bold, followed by the response.  


Could I obtain the number of people who were diagnosed with

chemotherapy-induced febrile neutropenia and the number of deaths

due to chemotherapy-induced febrile neutropenia in 2008?

We are unable to supply this information, as there is no specific code available to produce this report, the code to be used would include all forms of neutropenia and other forms of agranulcytosis and would therefore not be specific in relation to the information you have requested
