Many thanks for your request for information regarding Chemotherapy induced Febrile Neutropenia:
Could I obtain the number of people who were diagnosed with chemotherapy-induced febrile neutropenia and the number of deaths due to chemotherapy-induced febrile neutropenia in 2008?
40 patients were diagnosed with Chemotherapy induced Febrile Neutropenia in 2008. Less than 10 patients died as a result of Chemotherapy induced Febrile Neutropenia.
The exact number of deaths due to Chemotherapy induced Febrile Neutropenia is significantly low and therefore will not be released by the Trust in line with Section 40: Personal Information - of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
