Kindly let me have all recorded documentation held by you concerning SB investigations carried out by your ASB team at Tealby, Lincolnshire for the years 2006/7 and 2008.
Response:
The ASB caseload and associated reports contain personal information which cannot be revealed to a third party under the Data protection Act 1998
Kindly supply details of the `broken down' vehicle reg S718 HCP left in Cow Lane, Tealby in June 2008 as follows; a) report to AA of the breakdown; b) number of your account with AA. C) job number and AA invoice for the job.

Copy of the AA Breakdown report below, showing Vehicle Registration Number, date and vehicle fault.
