	3. Total number of cancelled ballot papers (those cancelled under the lost and spoilt provisions) which had been placed in the postal ballot box and then retrieved. This total cannot exceed the total in 2 above.

	14. Total number of 'B' envelopes received back that were set aside for personal identifier verification. If 100% are being checked, this total will match the number at 5 above
	15. Total number of 'B' envelopes which have not been set aside for personal identifier verification AND are missing one or both of the identifiers. If 100% verification is being carried out, this figure must be 0
	16. Total number of postal voting statements which are to undergo personal identifier verification but are missing one or both of the identifiers.
	17. Total number of postal voting statements rejected by the Returning Officer as one or both of the personal identifiers does not match the personal identifiers record/original application. This does not include where one or both of the identifiers has not been given (which should instead be included in 16 above)

	18. Number of ballot papers from all postal vote openings which were not rejected and are therefore included in the count. This total should match the verified figure from postal ballot boxes at stage one of the count
	19. Total number of rejected postal ballots. This will match the total number contained in the rejected votes packets, which should equal the total of 15, 16 and 17 above
