	17. Total number of postal voting statements rejected by the Returning Officer as one or both of the personal identifiers does not match the personal identifiers record/original application. 	18. Number of ballot papers from all postal vote openings which were not rejected and are therefore included in the count. This total should match the verified figure from postal ballot boxes at stage one of the count
	19. Total number of rejected postal ballots. This will match the total number contained in the rejected votes packets, which should equal the total of 15, 16 and 17 above
