Cumbria Teaching Primary Care Trust endeavours to respond to Freedom of Information Act requests in accordance with the Act. We view your request as a valuable insight in to the services that we provide, and an opportunity to identify areas where improvements may be required in the process. We regularly review requests received, identifying any trends that may be apparent, and are committed to learning from the comments and criticism received.

As part of this process The Information Governance Manager carries out twice-yearly evaluations of the responses to Freedom of Information Act requests. This helps us to ensure that the process is meeting the needs of those requesting information and identifies any areas where we may be able to improve our performance.
