FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT 2000 - INFORMATION REQUEST

When looking at the website www.whatdotheyknow.com it appears that you tried to make a Freedom of Information request via e-mail to South Derbyshire District Council on 14 January 2009. South Derbyshire District Council did not receive this e-mail.

However, your request for details under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 has been considered.

I have checked our records and can confirm that during the last five years, there have been no instances of the Local Government Ombudsman bringing to the attention of the Council the fact that a member of SDDC staff has either misled them, lied to them or done anything else to hinder an investigation.
