Request for information

Further to my letter of 11 February, I have now tracked down the earlier delegation papers. A paper (CLA 531) was put to the Commission at its meeting in July 1995. I attach this paper along with the relevant extract from the minutes of this meeting. I also attach the delegation schedules that resulted.

We hold no papers for the meeting in February 1995 referred to in the Commission paper.

That concludes my response and I hope you find the information useful. If you feel I have not dealt properly with your request, you have the right to appeal and, should you wish to do so, I can supply a copy our internal complaints procedure. You also have the right to apply to the Information Commissioner to determine whether your request has been properly dealt with.
