Freedom of Information Act (2000) - Request for Information

Thank you for your request for the following information:

During the last five years how many times has the Local Government Ombudsman (as a result of investigating a complaint against North Somerset Council) brought to the attention of the council the fact that a member of North Somerset Council staff had misled them, lied to them or done anything else to hinder their investigation.

If they have what disciplinary action was taken against the individual(s) concerned by the council?

This request was received on 13 January 2009 and has been allocated Freedom of Information Request Reference FOI/2009/0015

North Somerset Council will respond to your request for information in line with the Freedom of Information Act (2000).
