Thank you for your Freedom of Information request. You asked Enfield PCT:

I would like to request a complete list of contractors and

consultants that the trust uses on new builds and refurbishments.

In response to your questions above:

The Estates & Facilities function was managed through an SLA with Barnet, Enfield & Haringey Mental Health Trust until April 2008, and as such would use contractors from their list. The PCT is currently in negotiation with Barnet PCT with a view for them to manage the estate through an SLA. We therefore have not compiled a Contractors list for Enfield PCT. There are currently no refurbishment or capital works being carried out at this Trust.

If you are not satisfied with the PCT's response to your request you may ask the PCT to review the response. If you wish to do this please write to the PALs and Complaints Department, Holbrook House, Cockfosters Road, Barnet, Herts EN4 0DR enclosing a copy of your original request and explaining your complaint.
