records of discussions, and consultations, that Hastings Borough Council
holds regarding 53 Cambridge Road (the Old Observer Building) and matters
relating to it, that have arisen since 1995. Please include records of
all discussions regarding section 215 Notices in relation to 53 Cambridge
Road, and enforcement thereof.

Tenon recovery, Administrators for HCH Developments Ltd, wrote to Hastings
Borough Council on 8 April 2008 stating that the property was on the
market. this information is held on our planning files. As such it is
information that is reasonably accessible to the applicant and therefore
exempt information under S21 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000. A
