RE: FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT REQUEST
Thank you for your email dated 23rd December 2008.
I have reviewed your request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and can advise as follows:
We have 3 allotment sites in Rossendale all of which have waiting lists.
Total number of plots is 71 (some of these have been divided from 1 original plot)
Total number of people on waiting list is 107
None of the waiting lists are closed to further applicants.
There are 3 Council run sites in Rossendale. The Council does not hold information relating to how many privately run sites there are.
Right to Review
If you wish to have this decision reviewed please write to the Executive Director - Business outlining the points of your review.
If you are still not satisfied with the Council's decision following any review you may appeal the Council's decision to the Information Commissioners Officer, Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire. SK9 5AF.
