Freedom of Information Act 2000 - Request for Information
Thank you for your email received 23 December 2008 requesting the following information:
As of December 2008, please could you tell me:
1 How many allotment sites are there in the Council area for which the council has access to waiting list data?
2 How many plots are on these sites in total?
3 In total, how many people are on these waiting lists for an allotment?
4 Are any of these waiting lists closed to further applications?
5 How many sites are there in total in the Council area?
Your request has been considered and I am able to provide you with the following information:
The council owns three allotment sites that are leased out. All other sites have been transferred to the local Parish Councils. I attach a link with contact details for all Parish Council Clerks within Amber Valley.
The Council does not hold any information relating to individual plots.
The Council does not hold waiting lists for allotments.

The Council does not hold any information relating to the total number of allotment sites in the area.
