Thank you for your e-mail dated 21st December 2008 in which you ask for information on the S and Marper European Court of Human Rights case and the number of DNA and fingerprint samples that have been deleted.

I regret that we were unable to send you a full response to your request within 20 working days, as required by the Freedom of Information Act. This is because we are still considering your information request.
