I am writing to you further to your request for information about:

The Trust has examined the records held within the Corporate Services and Estates department and I can confirm the following response to your request.

The Trust does not maintain a list of contractors and consultants for building projects, rather each project is evaluated and, depending on its nature and value, the appropriate procurement route is selected. This might include advertising under OJEU, extending or utilising an existing contract, or using Procure21. At Barnet Hospital, which is managed under a PFI scheme building and refurbishment is managed by the Hard FM provider, Ecovert FM.
