Thank you for your request for information held by Natural England for documents relating to Stanwick Lakes planning application number EN/04/00540/FUL. Specifically for full disclosure of the advice and consultation presented to the planning authority in relation to the potential for impacts on nature conservation as a result of the proposals for the site with the applicant, Rockingham Forest Trust in April 2004. Additionally to provide any information held on any consultation on the `masterplan' for the Stanwick lakes site
which we received on 15 December 2008. Your request has been carefully considered under the Environmental Information Regulations 2004.
