Done -Appraisal forms were amended following guidance from the centre, to meet Commissioners' concerns about the question concerning suitability for re-appointment. Amended Forms have not been re-issued. Commissioners can be assured that their appraisals are in absolute confidence and would not be used for any other purpose or circulated without individuals' consent
