Police review our response to your request for information concerning Anthrax or 
White Powder Hoaxes using the Mails in 2003.  
 
 
The review will be conducted by Surrey Police FOI Appeals and Complaints 
Committee in accordance with Surrey Police review procedure. Every effort will be 
made to have a response to you as soon as possible and in any case within three 
months; however, if it becomes clear that the review will not be completed within this
