I refer to your request for information, which was received by Manchester City Council on 16 August 2010 and has been considered under the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FoIA).
I apologise again for the delay in responding to your request.
You asked for the following information:
Please disclose actual invoices received from Common Purpose during the last two years.
Please disclose E-Mails and letters between Sharon Kemp and Common Purpose from April 2010 [to 16 August 2010]
In response to Part 2 of your request, I can confirm that the Council has identified 37 e-mails that were sent between Sharon Kemp and Common Purpose during the period from 1 April 2010 to 16 August 2010.
I enclose under cover of this letter a table which discloses the following information:
dates of the e-mails;
the parties to the e-mails;
titles of the e-mails;
summary of the information contained in the e-mails.
The Council has not disclosed information in relation to the identity of third parties (e.g. employees of Common Purpose) as you have not requested this and such information may in any event be exempt from disclosure to the world at large under FoIA on the grounds of the exemption at Section 40(2) of FoIA.
