Dear Mr Bimmler, 
 
I am writing further to my colleague Ian Lister’s email of 2 June 2009, 
regarding your internal review. In the letter we indicated that we were aiming 
to send you a full response to your request by the end of this week. 
Unfortunately this review is continuing to take longer than we expected. 
Having reviewed our position I anticipate a response being provided to you by 
10 July 2009. I realise that this wil  prove disappointing to you, however this is 
now being treated as a matter of priority, and I am hopeful of a response 
being provided within this revised deadline. 
 
I do once again apologise for the continued delay. If you have any queries 
regarding the handling of this internal review please do not hesitate to contact
