REQUEST FOR INFORMATION   
We refer to your request for information received by the Olympic Delivery 
Authority (ODA) on 1 December 2008. requesting the following information: 
Please confirm whether construction waste such as soil has been 
transported from the Olympic site to the Calvert, Buckinghamshire 
landfill by rail. 
If so please provide the following information: 
1.  Copies of any Landfill Tax Contaminated Land Certificate of 
applications submitted to HMRC in connection with any soil 
being transported 
2.  The total tonnage and descriptions (and/or EWC codes) of 
material disposed of by this means to date 
3.  How many rail journeys have taken place to date to transport 
the waste

4.  The date the first such journey occurred 
5.  How much, if any, of the waste was classified as hazardous 
Due to the nature of the information which you have requested, the ODA has 
reviewed your request in terms of the Environmental Information Regulations. 
We do not hold information of the description specified in your request. The 
ODA has not transported any construction waste from the Olympic Park via 
rail to the Calvert landfill in Buckinghamshire. 
We regret that we are therefore unable to communicate the information to you. 
We trust that this response answers your request. However, if you are not 
satisfied with the response to your request and wish to make a complaint, you

grounds for your complaint.   
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your complaint, you may apply
