Dear Beryl Jones,

You've still failed to supply all the information I asked for. I
clarified the information needed on the 28th September 2010. You
have this one last chance to be honest before I report this
authority to the ICO.

Could you please list for me the number of Parents that personally
transport their SEN child to and from an out of county school for
the LEA from April 2005 to April 2010?

Could you also list how many of these Parents travel more than 500
miles a week getting the child to and from school from April 2005
to April 2010?
