CORPORATE COMPLAINTS AND COMPLIMENTS PROCEDURE - Application for a review of the way your Freedom of Information request was dealt with.
I write to acknowledge your application for a review of the way your FOI request has been dealt with and I apologise for the delay in replying to your e-mail but I was conscious of the fact that there was ongoing correspondence between yourself and the relevant Service.
Your application has been registered as an official Complaint under the Council's Corporate Complaints and Compliments Procedure. It has been given the reference number CCO/154 which kindly quote in any future communication.
