Should you wish to appeal against the decision of non-disclosure in relation to 
information you have requested, please follow the procedure detailed below: 
 
Stage 1: 
In the first instance you should contact the Freedom of Information Officer 
for Safecam to ask them to review their decision.  Please quote the 
request reference number along with your grounds of appeal, and
