Dear Mr Collingbourne,

Thank you for your email of the 28^th March, in which you requested an Internal Review into the timeliness of our response to your Freedom of Information Act request concerning .

I have been allocated your request for an Internal Review as an independent official of the Home Office who was not involved in answering your original request.

The Home Office aims to complete your review and provide you with a response within 10 working days from the date we received your request. Unfortunately, IPS did not forward this to us until 30^th April. Therefore, we aim to have provided you with a full response by the 18^th May2009.
