I write in connection with your request for information received on 10th  August                      
2010. You asked:    
 
Q1. The number of grade 1 incidents in the Waverley Borough area during 2009/10, 
including a breakdown by main towns i.e. Godalming, Cranleigh, Haslemere and 
Farnham. 
 
Q2.  The percentage of grade 1 incidents in the Waverley Borough area during 
2009/10 that were reached by police within 15 minutes and 20 minutes, broken down 
by the main towns i.e. Godalming, Cranleigh, Haslemere and Farnham. 
 
Q3. The number of grade 2 incidents in the Waverley Borough area during 2009/10, 
including a breakdown by main towns i.e. Godalming, Cranleigh, Haslemere and 
Farnham. 
 
Q4.  The percentage of grade 2 incidents in the Waverley Borough area during 
2009/10 that were reached by police within 60 minutes, broken down by the main 
towns i.e. Godalming, Cranleigh, Haslemere and Farnham.

Q5. The number of operational police officers stationed in Waverley Borough police 
stations that are attached to the forces targeted patrol teams.

Q7. And finally, please answer this question, What towns within the Waverley Borough 
do Surrey Police class as “urban” or “rural”, according to The Surrey Policing Pledge? 
 
A7. There is no National definition to classify what is an Urban or Rural area, therefore 
Surrey Police do not define a difference between Urban and Rural areas on any of our 
systems.  
 
 
Surrey Police provides you the right to request a re-examination of your case under its 
review procedure. How to do this is set out in the attached Appeals Notice.  Having 
followed the full procedure, if you are still dissatisfied, then you have the right to direct 
your comments to the Information Commissioner who will give your case 
consideration.
