Dear Mike,

Thank you for your e-mail of 20^th November. I understand that you spoke to Dennis last week about this. As he explained, the information in WA159 was a list of offences used to compile the table in the answer. That information was provided to the Home Office by the Ministry of Justice, which collects statistics on offences.

I understand that Christopher Graffius' e-mail of 20^th June about this matter is receiving attention and apologize for the delay in replying.
