Transport for London (TFL) carried out Civil engineering works and traffic signal installation works to deliver the TfL and 
borough traffic signal modernisation programme at the above location  from the 18th Nov 09 and completed these works 
on the 18th Dec 09. 
  
Footway reinstatements were carried out to a permanent finish with the exception of the grass verges that were left as a 
temporary measure due to the weather conditions at the time and the need for further works. 
  
Traffic signal installation works to deliver the TfL and borough traffic signal modernisation programme was carried out 
from the 15th March 10 and completed on the 15th April 10. 
  
I have contacted the Engineer for TFL who was in charge of these works and he has informed me that he has instructed 
the contractor who carried out these works to re do the top soil and seed on the 8th July 10 and will revisit the site in 
September to ensure the seed has germinated. 
  
This will be monitored by LBH to ensure this plan of action is adhered to.
