Thank you for your request for information, which was received on 23 July 2010. Your 
request has been considered under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.  
 
You asked for a list of the donations made to the Royal Society for the Protection of Birds 
(RSPB) for the financial year ending 31st March 2009. 
 
From the electronic searches made on the systems, I cannot identify any ‘donations’ made 
by Defra to the Royal Society for the Protection of Birds (RSPB).   
 
I can confirm therefore that the information you requested is not held by Defra.
