CORPORATE COMPLAINTS AND COMPLIMENTS PROCEDURE - Application for a review of a decision to withhold information under the Freedom of Information Act.
I write to acknowledge your application for a review of the decision to withhold information under the Freedom of Information Act dated 14.9.10 and I apologise for the delay in replying but I was conscious of the fact that there was ongoing correspondence between yourself and the relevant Service.
