Freedom of Information Request - Former Jackson's Brickyards - Rubbish in Filled Claypits

Thank you for your email dated 18th July 2010 requesting information under the Freedom of Information Act. I understand your request to be as follows:

“I believe you have some former Jackson's brickyards in your area, which are all probably on your contaminated land register. Please let me know how many there are/were and how many of these have never been built on due to contamination/landfill gas problems.”

Your request is being considered as a request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. In accordance with statutory requirements, it may take up to 20 working days (approximately 4 weeks) for the Council to consider your request and provide a formal response.
